2. Measurements: Set metrics and clearly defined goals with attending timelines



3. Build an execution/implementation plan



4. Accountability: Identify the change agent/staff member in your organization accountable for meeting these targets and goals


4.1. Authority and resources: Ensure this change agent has the authority and the resources to carry out the goals of the initiative
